Keri Nuske

Keri Nuske, MSW, LSW, is an Individual and Family Therapist in both Attica and Lafayette, Indiana, at Families United, Inc. under the supervision of Kathi Lange, LCSW, LMFT, LCAC. Keri received her undergraduate degree in performing arts from Stephens College in 2010, and she received a masters degree in social work from Campbellsville University in 2020.

Formerly, Keri worked as an artistic director for several years in schools and in county community arts centers in Missouri and Indiana, coaching children and adults pursuing their giftings in performing arts. In response to community needs, Keri switched career paths to help individuals with mental health needs. Keri worked as a missionary in two addiction recovery homes (Lighthouse Recovery Home and Vision of Hope) based in Lafayette, Indiana, where she was encouraged to pursue becoming a licensed therapist. Keri worked for over five years for the Tippecanoe County Government in the Department of Youth Services with juveniles in residential placement with trauma and behavioral needs.

Keri also worked with a batterers intervention program called Abuse Awareness Accountability (formerly Character Restoration) during her first masters internship. Keri completed her second internship with Families United, Inc. in their Hope and Recovery Program (sexual offense rehabilitation program). Keri is SOMM certified (Sexual Offender Management & Monitoring) and is currently working on earning her (ACBC) certification through Association of Christian Biblical Counselors.

Keri joined the therapy staff at Families United, Inc. in November 2020. She is trained to work with all types of clients who have experienced trauma. Keri is certified in PROFESOR (Protective + Risk Observations for Eliminating Sexual Offense Recidivism in Adolescents.)
